Liam Dumont-Walker began riding at the age of 13. After pursuing Classical Studies at Wilfred Laurier University, he decided to focus on his riding full-time in 2006.
Riding Lilius, Liam steadily progressed from the Low Junior-Amateur division to achieving numerous championship titles in the High Amateur-Owner division. Moving up to the FEI level with Balloon JX, Liam competed regularly in the Jump Canada Talent Squad and Grand Prix classes. Liam qualified for and competed in the 2014 Canadian Show Jumping Championships at the Royal Winter Fair, finishing an impressive 15th place in his debut appearance.
Liam now works as a flight attendant and QCFA for Westjet Encore but continues to ride regularly at Linden Ridge as a hobby.
