Katie Grosser


Katie recently graduated from the University of Guelph with a honours degree in Bio-Medical Science and a Zoology minor. During the last year of her program, she specialized in Reproductive  Biotechnology, completing and publishing a research project and aims to eventually continue work in reproduction with animals, specifically horses or endangered species. 
Katie has experience working with horses of all different ages and temperments.. She currently owns a 2015 OTTB named Octavia, and strives to compete as a low-level hunter.

Jacqueline Reynolds

Jacqueline first started working with horses when she was twelve years old and chose to pursue horses as a lifelong career in 2018. After she graduated high school she went to McMaster University where she was both an executive and competitor on the Ontario Collegiate Equestrian (OCEA) Team. Jacqueline transferred into the University of Guelph Equine Care and Management Diploma in 2018 to turn her passion into a career. There, she had the honour of being the Equine Program Student President from 2018-2020.

She also was given the opportunity represent her program by performing riding demonstrations with her horse at open houses and during campus events. In 2020 Jacqueline attained her coaching license through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) and plans to continue coaching alongside showing her horse at the A-circuit level. Jacqueline relishes many opportunities to learn and expand her knowledge to benefit both herself and her horse. She looks forward to continuing to learn from her co-workers and from clients.

Deandra (Dee) Clohosey

Diandra is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Bachelor in Life Sciences and Psychology and a Masters in Human Anatomy and Education. After completing her degrees, Diandra travelled the world and volunteered in Africa and Asia for a year. She then moved to Australia and worked on a dairy farm where she was inspired to become a veterinarian. She is currently working towards this goal by gaining experience with large animals, studying part-time, and continuing to publish research papers from her thesis.

Diandra loves to ask questions and learn about horses, and is passionate about providing the best care possible to animals of all shapes and sizes. When she isn’t working or studying, she is likely outdoors on a hike, or relaxing at home with her foster animals!

Taylor Somerville

Taylor has been a part of the horse world for her entire life. Her first job at horse shows was handing out ribbons as a little kid and since then has worked in many horse show offices, tack stores and barns of many levels.

Taylor loves working with the professionals, clients and their horses to help them reach their goals and be ready to compete to their full potential. She is currently working towards achieving her Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration & Accounting. You can often find her friendly dog Zola with her at the barn and at horse shows.

Rachel McNeill

Rachel has been working with horses for over 16 years. She started out riding and working for an AA hunter jumper barn in the US. In university, she competed on the IHSA circuit. Since then, she has spent time gaining experience in different parts of the equine industry.
She has spent time doing foal watch for OVC and a standardbred broodmare facility, volunteering to help run various events like Landrover Kentucky 3 Day Event and the Pan Am games, helping run equine assisted learning programs, and working in a tack store. In her free time, Rachel enjoys taking various equine classes and spending time with her horse. She is looking forward to gaining more experience in the hunter jumper world and continuing to learn.
